As I go into my office today, I see our sign which has taken a much deeper meaning these days. The logo with the pulse and increasing bars signaling financial and operational health stood out along with our tag line of “Developing Healthy Businesses”. Businesses around the world are struggling to stay healthy! Not only from a financial/operational standpoint, but from an employee health standpoint (physical, mental, spiritual).

It’s times like these that give us a gut check on what’s truly important. It makes us ask Who we are, What we do and Why we do it. These are the most important questions on the Vision/Traction Organizer™ that’s related to your Core Values and Core Focus. Core Values define “Who” you are.
