To do or not to do? 

The decisions we face in life are most often about the former.  But, there are times when the decision to not take a certain action is as important…and often, even more so.

This is particularly important in matters of leadership.

It is especially relevant to seasoned individuals who have an established identity as leaders of an organization.

For such an individual, one of the most challenging decisions he must often make, is to end his leadership role.
