We’ll focus on mediation, conflict transformation and resolution skills, relational conflict theory, taking plenty of time over the five day training to instruct, discuss and reinforce the fundamental mediator skills and responsibilities, supported by group work, role-plays and personalized feedback from skilled transformative mediators on the Baltimore Mediation team. Training provides team leaders, HR Directors, D&I Directors, and managers of all levels with tools and theory critical in transforming conflict in all areas of conflict and dispute.
