Diversity & Inclusion means more than hiring and promoting a diverse staff. It also means building a culture that provides space for all employees to feel safe and welcome. Creating a sense of belonging means facilitating respectful dialogue where all perspectives are valued. Join us for our virtual certificated 40-hour Mediation and Conflict Transformation Skills training, from the Relational approach, December 7-11, 2020. This nationally-recognized course is a comprehensive immersion in our Mediation Core Curriculum designed to teach you the mediator mindset and all the skills you need to know to mediate, either professionally or for daily use. We’ll focus on mediation, conflict transformation and resolution skills, relational conflict theory, taking plenty of time over the five day training to instruct, discuss and reinforce the fundamental mediator skills and responsibilities, supported by group work, role-plays and personalized feedback from skilled transformative mediators on the Baltimore Mediation team. Training provides team leaders, HR Directors, D&I Directors, and managers of all levels with tools and theory critical in transforming conflict in all areas of conflict and dispute. Course recognized by Maryland State Department of Education; Maryland Circuit Courts; United States government and all federal agencies; The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners
