Kathleen R. Henry is an associate in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department, and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.Kate provides legal counsel to corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, and other entities on a wide range of issues, including formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and angel financing transactions. Kate assists clients throughout the lifecycle of their business, from business growth and financial development to the realization of a successful exit or recapitalization. Kate also assists financial institutions with corporate and regulatory issues, as well as reorganizations, acquisitions, and private placements.  

Most recently, Kate was part of the Nutter team that represented Eastern Bank in its historic $1.8 billion IPO.

He has done this throughout his career as an investment banker, CPA, corporate financial consultant, business valuator, CEO, Director, arbitrator and mediator, and a faculty member for the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) Board Advisory Services. Ed has been an advocate for emerging businesses with a special emphasis on working with closely held and family businesses.
