Come join the discussion as we spar with which working models produce the best results. We will explore not just the physical environment we are working in, but the psychological “growth” we have all experienced through COVID and how that has changed us forever. Benchmark your firm against your colleagues and gain valuable insight to share with your clients who are facing the same challenges.

  • What are some of the best incentives to get people back to the office?
  • Do you really need people to come back to the office?
  • What happens if…?
  • Is there an “ideal” model?
  • Will the decisions today affect a whole generation of employees in the future?
