With virtually a fully employed workforce, 11 Million odd jobs open and per the polls, as many as 50% of a company's employees looking for another job it is already tough to retain employees. Add to the mix an impending merger and retaining key talent can be the ultimate challenge. And of course, a loss of key employees as the transaction approaches can be devasting to the business value and can sink a sale. Losing key employees after the sale can be equally devastating. So taking measures to retain employees and protect valuable knowledge about customers, trade secrets and other competitive information that these individuals possess is imperative. Join us at our first in-person program since Covid began as our panel discusses:

  • Incentive plans to keep the talent from jumping ship
  • Legal agreements to protect knowledge and customer relationships
  • Talent retention from a buyer’s perspective
