Chris Lund, Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners


Chris Lund joined Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners (HRCP) in 2002. He is a partner of the firm and sits on the investment committee. Chris currently serves as the Chairman of Horizon Bradco and a director of Inspire Automation, American Roller Company and PNE Corporation. He has previously served as a director of Unifiller Systems, Sound Seal Holdings, Magnatech International and All Island Media. Prior to joining HRCP, Chris was with GE Equity and Chase Manhattan Bank and began his career in Chemical Bank's management training program. Chris earned a B.A. (Cum Laude), from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.



George Parry, Atlantic Street

George has been with Atlantic Street for over three years leading the firm’s healthcare investing efforts and working on all aspects of the investment process. Prior to joining Atlantic Street, George worked at Corinthian Capital Group, a New York-based lower middle market private equity firm. At Corinthian he invested equity in leveraged buyouts, served on the Boards of several Corinthian portfolio companies and worked directly with management teams to build successful businesses.   Prior to Corinthian, George financed leveraged buyout transactions for financial sponsors at both Amalgamated Capital (team from Abacus Finance) and Churchill Financial (formerly Carlyle GMS Finance and now Churchill Asset Management). George received an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.

James P. Greifzu, Wiggin and Dana

James serves as Counsel in Wiggin and Dana’s Stamford office where he represents corporate and individual clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial agreements, and other complex corporate transactions and related corporate governance matters. He advises clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, qualified opportunity zones, retail, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical cannabis, hemp and several services sectors.

James has experience representing acquirers, issuers, and financial advisors in private and public offerings of equity securities in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.

Before joining the firm, James was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP's Financial Institutions Group in New York, where he counseled private equity groups, banks, specialty finance firms, insurance companies, and other private and publicly-held regulated financial institutions on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions of assets and securities, and corporate governance.

He received his J.D. cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.A. cum laude from Colgate University.
