Matt Craft is a Vice President at Capstone, a middle-market M&A advisory firm located in McLean, Virginia. Having joined the firm in 2005, Matt leads mid-market buy-side and sell-side strategic M&A projects for Capstone’s clients in a wide variety of service and manufacturing industries such as healthcare, life sciences, chemicals, food and financial services. He also leads the firm’s due diligence practice. In addition to his client work, Matt has taught senior-level executives about mergers and acquisitions through workshops, presentations and webinars. Matt received his MBA from the George Mason University, his MA from Georgetown University and his BA from the College of William & Mary.
