Richard brings considerable 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, consulting and investment banking as he sets the stage for our year by helping us understand current M&A trends, the buyer landscape and its implications, and much more.
Richard Phillips leads a team of experienced financial analysts, research assistants and directors bringing the organization’s tailored solutions to middle market companies throughout the US and around the world.
Richard received his MS in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and his BA from Lafayette College.
