The New York chapter is growing and welcoming professional advisors who help business owners plan for a successful exit. We will be following a case study approach that proved highly successful last year. In this first breakfast meeting we will be introducing the case study and reviewing the issues and opportunities that surround the casefor the 2017-2018 XPX program year. Our ‘client’ is a partnership that wants to position itself for an exit in two to three years. As with most companies, there are some issues that need to be resolved to make the transition, and ultimate exit, a success.

September’s event will be a round table discussion that will set the foundation for the rest of the year. This highly interactive session will break down the case into several core areas that surround exit planning – management transition, operational improvements, financial planning, strategy development, etc.

As an association of experienced advisory professionals for business owners and their companies, we are all focused on delivering the highest level of subject matter expertise to our clients and we would value your expertise and insights as we set up for the rest of the year!

Chapter memberships are only $350/year and tri-state memberships $550/year

Then, if you decide before the following monthly breakfast to buy a membership, we’ll credit the meeting fee towards your membership purchase.

Per meeting event fees are as follows:

Non-members early bird through 9/11: $75

After 9/11: $90

At the door: $100 non-members

Attendance is complimentary for XPX NY and Tri-State Members, but pre-registration online is a must for security clearance and catering planning.
