THE SALE PROCESS

We are looking forward to you joining our discussion at our June meeting as we assist Telecom Partners in preparing for a sale to a third-party, and finding the right third-party buyer! Areas of discussion will include:

  • Preparation for the due diligence and sales process
  • Review of contracts with key vendors and clients
  • Restructuring of business units, people and/or facilities as needed
  • Investment Banker’s role in sell-side representation
  • Overview of a “typical” sales process
  • War stories of success and failure

We are excited that you are joining our exit planning team this year. If you have not, please print the Case Study, read it, and bring a copy to our next meeting on June 15th.

Also, please remember to sign up early – by June 9th – the week ahead of our meeting. Our venues need lead time to best prepare for us!
