Please join us on May 17, as we continue to explore the exit alternatives of Hi-Tech Industries.

The unique nature of a family business presents unique challenges associated with a sale. This includes the relationships between, siblings, children, cousins, and spouses. This month’s guest panelist brings the perspective of being a third-generation family member of a company owned, operated and successfully exited by his father and uncle. At the time of the sale, Clement Pappas & Co. was one of the largest private label juice producers in the U.S. Dimitri can share some perspectives of growing up inside of a family business, family planning, going to work for the family business, and ultimately selling the family company. Dimitri will overlay his experiences with those of our case study.
