RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN THE BUSINESS VALUATION “WORLD”
We are looking forward to seeing you at our next event! The topic concerning business valuation considerations is very timely, given that there is a pending significant change in the valuation world – the IRS history of accepting valuation discounts, which can often minimize taxes in the transfer of certain business interests. Our speaker will also discuss examples of using trust law to efficiently transfer business interests, while achieving retirement income and charitable goals.
