In 2017, XPX Philadelphia will be offering a full year of free-to-members programming that covers the full life cycle of the private business including:

  • Owner Life and Legacy

The unifying theme for the year will be a case study of a privately-held business and the process from preparing for exit to post-exit considerations.

This program is designed for:

  • Younger professionals involved in transactions who would benefit from the breadth of exposure to the challenges faced by private businesses, their owners, and the complexities of transactions.
  • Seasoned professionals who specialize in one of the many specialty fields important to private companies and their owners. You’ll round out your experience and meet other professionals whose practices complement your own.
  • Companies starting the process of understanding alternatives for business value growth and transfer.
