We're pleased to announce that long-time XPX member Paul Cronin will be joining XPX Global team on a part-time basis as our new Director of Business Development. In addition to his work for XPX, Paul will continue in his role as COO and partner at Successful Transition Planning Institute (STPI).

Paul has over 30 years of professional experience in sales, management, consulting and entrepreneurship. Since 2009, Paul has partnered with STPI’s founder, Jack Beauregard, helping to transform the small consultancy into a leading firm in Transition Planning for Baby Boomers.

His background includes being part of the team that grew Eden Toys, a small NY-based toy manufacturer, into a $90 million company serving thousands of US retailers including TJX, Macy’s and Nordstrom. Paul has participated in growing established and start-up businesses, having sold his last company in 2008.

Paul has also presented at the MIT Enterprise Forum, Northeastern University, Bentley University, Wheaton College MA), Emerson College, Wellesley College and Salem State University (MA) on issues of entrepreneurship, personal and business transition, running a successful business and business networking. He has a Bachelors of Science from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston.

This new role represents an exciting moment for the XPX Network. Now in our tenth year of operation, XPX Chapters hold meetings in ten cities each month. With new Chapters in Chicago and San Antonio, we have begun expanding across the country to reach more business owners and their advisors with our message about building lasting value and legacy in privately-held businesses.

XPX Chapters are independent non-profit entities lead by local business leaders. The Chapters are backed by a dedicated professional management company, XPX Global that provides strategic, administrative, marketing and web support to the Chapters. This support system has been built to scale. Paul is going to help add to the network and spread the mission of XPX more broadly.

Welcome Paul and feel free to reach out if you have ideas on how to spread out message!
