A successful exit takes a team of advisors. An executive coach can be a powerful partner as an owner seeks to improve the value of their business and prepare for exit.

Please join us for an interactive and engaging panel conversation on how coaching can be an integral part of the transition team and process, and learn how to combine your transactional expertise with transformational coaching.

If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable navigating the “soft skills” part of the Exit Planning Process, here are some ways a skilled coach can help:

  • Navigating through the emotional challenges of an exit.
  • Providing guidance to handle the challenges and frustrations that clients often experience
  • Providing clarity and focus so the process runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively
  • Working with diverse cultures

Our panelists:

Susan Commander Samakow, PCC, CPCC
Maura Fredericks, MA, PCC
Nancy Kaplan, Managing Partner
