How can I maximize value in the short term?
The New Jersey chapter is growing and welcoming professional advisors who help business owners plan for a successful exit. As we continue to follow a case study approach addressing all of the various considerations associated with a successful exit, we welcome your attendance at our next meeting. Our ‘client’ is a partnership that wants to position itself for an exit in two to three years. As with most companies, there are some issues that need to be resolved to make the transition, and ultimate exit, a success.
What actions can the owners of Murphy’s Metal Manufacturing take to increase operational efficiencies that will maximize the Company’s value in the short-term?
