1.  Accounting and Valuation:

• Where does the company stand now in terms of financial position?
  
• How accurate and complete does its accounting appear, and where are there gaps in information?
  
• Are there other metrics they might look to for management of future growth?
  
• How realistic do projections look, and what areas need to be probed for further development?
  
• How much is this company worth, and more important, what might be the process to develop a valuation for this company and what are the valuation issues the company is facing. (Should they even get one?)
