Evaluating Core Issues & Value Drivers Intro

Our first meeting of 2017 will be an introduction of the case study we will utilize throughout the year with each monthly meeting tackling specific, exit related issues thus allowing each topic to build upon each other.

This meeting will also take a look at the core, or “obvious” issues as well as a discussion of the key value drivers particular to this company and family. If possible, please review the study with the topics in mind. This will help us set a baseline understanding as we move through the curriculum each month.
