Ted Goldstock is a business and litigation attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland. He counsels businesses on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters and represents clients in business-related disputes and commercial litigation. He also advises family-owned businesses on succession planning, governance and other issues.
Ted received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He also attended the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ted received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
