In our kick-off session, we will be reviewing the issues and opportunities that surround our case study for the 2016-2017 XPX program year. This year, our ‘client’ is a partnership that wants to position itself for an exit in two to three years. As with most companies, there are some issues that need to be resolved to make the transition, and ultimate exit, a success.
September’s event will be a round table discussion that will set the foundation for the rest of the year. This highly interactive session will break down the case into several core areas that surround exit planning – management transition, operational improvements, financial planning, strategic development, etc.
