DEAL FINANCING ALTERNATIVES
Join us for an XPX/AM&AA meeting to hear about current financing alternatives from our speaker experienced in the banking industry.
This program will focus on current 2016 M&A activity and prospects for the remainder of the year, including transaction sizes, valuation/multiples, attractive markets and financial alternatives.
Speaker: Ginny Heine, Xenith Bank
Mrs. Heine has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry and currently serves as the Regional Senior Credit Officer for Xenith Bank, a young commercial bank focused on developing commercial banking relationships with businesses in the middle market. Prior to joining Xenith, she served as Chief Commercial Lender for EagleBank where she was responsible for all commercial lending initiatives, including business development efforts and ongoing improvement of credit policies. Mrs. Heine spent 14 years with Mellon Bank (acquired by Citizens Financial), where she initiated the bank’s government contracting specialty lending group and managed the National Capital Region for the commercial bank. Mrs. Heine began her career in commercial lending through the management training program at The Riggs National Bank of Washington, DC. Today, Mrs. Heine sits on two nonprofit boards, including the National Kidney Foundation, and one corporate board of directors. Mrs. Heine is a graduate of the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, with a concentration in Finance.
