Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Gen Y/Millennials each share a different set of common experiences as they were growing up. This interactive workshop will explore the definition of a “generation”, key formative experiences of the 4 main generations and how these experiences affect their views on work and life. Discussion will center on how generational influences affect ownership transitions with an eye towards successfully facilitating them.
