How to Avoid "Business Divorces" - Lessons Learned from the Field

This month's event is a followup to November's presentation on "The Unplanned Exit", where we learned about business breakups and their legal consequences. Wouldn't it be great if we could help our clients avoid those breakups in the first place?

Please join our presenters, Ed Kopf and Stewart Christ from BMC Associates, a business mediation firm, as they draw from BMC's decades from experience in helping to mediate business disputes (often the last step before going to court). They'll identify things that business owner partners can do - both as they form companies and operate them - to avoid misunderstanding, mistrust, and disputes. It should be a lively session with lots of war stories."
